• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

Ya es la segunda vez que estamos en estos apartamentos, en los que el propietario es Kamen, aunque lo lleva lo que parece ser una especie de inmobiliaria o flat manager. Están muy cerca del centro, sobre unos 15 minutos a pie, hay un Lidl justo al lado que abre todos los días, y en nuestro caso nos decidimos porque habíamos alquilado un coche y tenía plaza de Parking. Hubo un malentendido, y la persona que nos contacto, nos decía que no había parking. Pero después de insistirle y mandarle un par de pantallazos, no hubo mayor problema porque nos la volviera a ofertar, tal y como aparecían las condiciones de Airbnb. La cama es cómoda y también se puede preparar alguna comida o cena. Son apartamentos totalmente nuevos.

Tolle, modern eingerichtete und saubere 1-Zimmer Unterkunft, die wie beschrieben war. Check-in und Check-out waren flexibel, da Hausür und Wohnungstür über Zahlencodes zu öffnen sind. Ein Lidl ist direkt nebenan, in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man auch ein Einkaufszentrum. Die City ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation verlief schnell und Problemlos, alle nötigen Informationen wurden vorab zugesendet. Parken ist tricky und auf der Straße zu bezahlen (leider nur über die Sofia App, als Ausländer hat man ansonsten schnell eine Parkkralle am Auto). Alles in allem kann ich die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und würde sie jederzeit wieder buchen!
