Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo appartamento a Sofia e mi sono trovato benissimo. La posizione è ottima: in una zona tranquilla, sicura e piacevole, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla via principale della città (Vitosha Boulevard). L’appartamento è spazioso, moderno e arredato con gusto, dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno confortevole. La casa era pulitissima all’arrivo e perfettamente attrezzata, ideale sia per brevi che per lunghi periodi. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca un punto di partenza comodo e rilassante per visitare Sofia!
