Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

Spacious and well equipped apartment right in the center of Sofia. Recommended!

El piso es muy pero que muy centrico, a 4’ hay un Billa y otras tiendas. La ubicación excelente. Los dos dormitorios uno muy bueno y grande, el otro más normalito, pero ambos buenos. La cocina estaba bien, aunque alguna sarten grande de más u otros instrumentos de mas no habrían estado mal. El baño muy grande y bonito, aunque la secadora no funcionaba y se paraba, (estaba en alemán). En general muy bien, por lo que pagamos lo recomendaría 100%.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The flat had everything I needed for a comfortable and convenient stay, from essential amenities to thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The management agency was outstanding, incredibly responsive, super friendly, and always ready to help with any questions. They explained everything clearly and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The location is brilliant, right in the heart of Sofia and within easy walking distance of all the main sights, shops, and restaurants. Truly one of the best places I’ve stayed in the city and highly recommended!
