This cozy place is fully equipped with all the amenities needed even for a longer period. The space consists of a spacious living room, an open-plan kitchen, 2 nice bedroom, a bathroom and a lovely balcony to chill on.

The kitchen is part of the living room and is fully equipped. It provides:

• aspirator;
• dishwasher;
• kitchenware;
• coffee machine;
• kettle.
The first bedroom boasts comfortable bed for one person; the second- one big bed for two people. In the first bedroom you will find a wardrobe. Under the second one there is a dedicated working space.
In the bathroom there is a shower, toilet and a washing sink with a mirror.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 11:00. Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
