Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the check-in instruction.

Lovely little apartment in a very central location with walking distance to everything you need in Sofia, especially restaurants, bars and cafes. It was perfect for a little getaway. The only small issue we had was that the big shower head would never get hot, so we had to use the small detachable one on the wall- this was not easy or comfortable, especially when cold. Also, the drain in the shower did not work, so the entire bathroom would flood after approx 2 mins of water running- this was frustrating and in the end I started cleaning myself over the sink to prevent the issue. When I messaged the host, the response said to use the shower curtain -a) there was no shower curtain and b) this would not have helped as the issue wasn’t splashing but full flooding. Apart from this issue, there is genuinely nothing to fault about the apartment and we were happy with our stay. If drain issue and shower head was fixed I would happily stay again.

Great host and nice, small apartment. It did look much bigger in the pictures but that didn't pose much of a problem because I was there for just two nights. There was a problem with water leaking out of the shower when we got there and I think there was a bad odour coming from the plumbing tubes at times.I know that happens in certain cities. Hope they were able to fix it.
