Welcome! This cozy apartment with pleasant atmosphere in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood will be your perfect stay. Fully furnished with everything you will need, with fast WI-FI connection and digital TV, it is suitable for business visitors, families or couples.
The apartments layout consists of one bedroom, a living room with kitchen and dining area, a balcony, one full bathroom, as well as half bath with laundry facilities.

Near the apartment, you can enjoy a restaurant with traditional Bulgarian cuisine, as well as other types of bars and restaurants. Also, you can take advantage of the proximity to “Vitosha” mountain, where you can be in nature and recharge with positive energy. Sofia Zoo is about a 10-minute walk away.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 11:00. Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

The place was lovely. Appreciated the serenity of the apartment. Even though there was free street parking we always got parking infront of the building. As foodies, we were able to cook when we wanted to with all of the kitchen appliances that was there. One day we went to the mall and bought some gourmet Italian ingredients and was glad there was a grater for the fresh Parmesan cheese we bought. The building had a hair and nail salon and got a well needed manicure. Would definitely stay here again.
