• Vitosha Metro Station is about 400m away (about 5 minutes by foot).
• South Park can be reached easily by foot or by car.
• There are multiple bus and tram lines with stops nearby.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and the space is in a new building, which made it feel fresh and modern. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was also excellent - convenient and close to everything we needed. The apartment was fully equipped with all the essentials, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like having coffee available. Would definitely stay here again!

Of all the Airbnbs that I have stayed in near Paradise Center, this apartment was the nicest and had the best amenities. I am there every month for work and found this to be the most comfortable. I liked that there was a fully operational kitchen. The apartment is very quiet which I appreciated. It is a block from the large Billa and from paradise Center which makes it very convenient. The one draw back is there is construction going on in the building - the elevators and hallways look to be under renovation although I never saw any workers or heard any noise.
