The apartments location is in an excellent communicative area - close to parks, bus, metro and railway station. Whether you are here for business or just visiting the city, this comfortable home will feel like your home away from home.
The apartments layout consists of one bedroom, a common room (living, dining area and kitchen combined), a balcony and one bathroom.

There are two gardens nearby where you can take a pleasant walk and relaxation. There are supermarkets within walking distance, street food as well as other types of shops.
It is a quiet neighborhood with lots of greenery, close to the city center and all kinds of transportation nearby.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 11:00. Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

I was here for a month and the place felt like home. It’s a twenty minute walk from the city centre which isn’t bad. The place had all the amenities that were listed and the host was super responsive and helpful. The best part, it was like the description. So no loopholes there.
