Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

Location was good, place was clean, self check in was very easy. Having a free car park is the most important thing while visiting Burgas. It was a lovely stay.

Egy szépen berendezett lakás, ami minden kívánságot kielégít. Mosógép, vasaló, Nespresso-kávégép, ... minden ami egy magán lakásban szükséges lehet egy nyaraláshoz. Nagy jó a lakás elhelyezkedése, a homokos strand, éttermek, bárok, élelmiszerboltok, 10 perces sétával elérhetőek. Egyetlen negatív hogy a lakásban csak a nappali rendelkezik klímával, a hálószobában nincs klíma ezért sajnos a nappaliban aludtunk minden éjjel. Tisztaság: a takarító csapat ellenőrzésre szorul, első nap fel kellett mosnunk a padlót mert 10 perc után a fehér zokni sötét lett. Ettől függetlenül jól éreztük magunkat. Egy kellemes, központi fekvésü lakàs, a főszezonban is nyugodt. A kommunikáció gyors és mindenben segítőkészek.
