Entire first floor of a private house with yard and garage for your car. Spacious 2-BDR apartment in the hear of Plovdiv - just meters away from Ancient Theater. The house is literally "carved in the hill". Fully furnished with all necessary amenities - WiFi, TV, Kitchen, ACs, washing machine, terrace, bathroom+shower. Unique house built into the rocky hill on which the Ancient Theatre of Philippopolis is situated! All that just 5 mins walking to Plovdiv’s downtown and central walking area! Entire first floor of a house with 2 private bedrooms (1 Queen bedroom for 2 + another separate bedroom with 2 Single beds, that can be also connected together). The second bedroom with 2 Single beds has Air Conditioning and also a desk suitable for studying or working. Ideal for 4 people – families with children, couples or group of friends.
Entering the apartment you’ll see a large corridor in the end of which there’s a big mirror wardrobe (check inside for iron, ironing board, hairdryer, extra blankets, sheets or towels). There’s also a bathroom with shower and toilet. We’ll provide with basic toiletries as well as clean and fresh towels for all guests during your stay.
The living room is carefully designed with memories froм different destinations. There’s a comfy sitting area with 3 leather couches, coffee table and flat-screen Cable TV. Air Conditioning to regulate your desired temperature and feel relaxed. The cooking area consists of a fully-equipped kitchen with all essentials for your stay: stove, oven, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, kitchenware, cooking basics – literally everything to enjoy a proper meal on the dining table for 4.
In front of the entrance door of the house there is a private yard with lovely table and chairs to enjoy a glass of Bulgarian wine in the hot summer nights under the stars.
We provide bed linen for your stay and we are also able to provide extra services like airport shuttle, etc. Just hit us up with any specific inquiries : )

I and my co-host won’t be at the apartment during your stay, but we are always available if you have any questions regarding your stay or you need any recommendations, just message us through the platform. We will provide a phone number, just in case of emergency.
All points of interest in the city centre will be within walking distance from you. Leave the car safely and explore the beautiful city of Plovdiv on foot!
The apartment is just below the hill on which the famous Ancient Theatre of Plovdiv is placed. Very central location, only 5 mins walking to the main square and starting point of the pedestrian main street with bars, shops, cafes. Quiet, safe and relaxing area.
– Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 11:00. Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
– Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
– Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
– Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
– It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy.
– Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency.
– SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

Lovely apartment, perfectly located to explore the beautiful city of Plovdiv. Comfy beds and air con, for which we were very grateful, and a nice outdoor space. Would be improved by cupboard/wardrobe space and more reliable appliances.

It was a pleasant stay and wonderful journey for us. We thanked Alex for his hospitality and attention. Me, my husband, our mother and little daughter stayed here. The house has a beautiful garden with private car parking space. There was no stairs and that was important for our family with a stroller. Place is so near the historic center. So this was a great opportunity for us, we explored the Plovdiv city quite easily. It was quite nice. We would definitely recommend this place and if we will have a trip around Plovdiv again, we would definitely book this apartment again. Thanks.
