Our brand new cozy studio is ready to accommodate you during your adventure in Sofia! It is located within two minutes walking distance of the pedestrian part of Vitosha Street. All of the cafes, bars, shops and sightseeing spots in the centre are very close and convenient to get to. At the same time the studio is fully equipped with everything needed and carefully furnished and decorated.

In the studio you will have a sleeping and sitting area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

Good place, very responsive host. A couple of things that stuck out for me: the lock on the downstairs door needs oiling. I was almost sure the key wasn’t working but the host texted saying the door needs to be pulled towards you to open. Apartment was in good condition. There was no salt or pepper though. I found out that tap water in Bulgaria isn’t drinkable, would’ve liked a small bottle for the first night. Location is great, lots of bars and restaurants around. The balcony was the best part of the apartment!
