Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

Das Zimmer sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Man kann dort auf jeden Fall eine schöne Zeit verbringen. Man ist super schnell am Strand und die Pools sind auch sehr schön. Der Balkon hat leider keine schöne Aussicht, aber das ist für den Preis auch meckern auf hohem Niveau. Wir würden nochmal wiederkommen 🙂 Danke

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. The check-in instructions and directions to the location were clear and easy to follow. I accidentally left my charger behind, and the host kindly offered to ship it back to me, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend this place!

Very nice and cozy apartment in a very nice complex with big and clean swimming pools. Easy to check in and out. Few minutes to the sea front, everything was nearby. Communication was attentive but a little bit confusing at times. Also some issues with cleanliness, kitchen wasn’t clean at all, otherwise okay. All in all, good value for money, at least when you are travelling off season.
