"our stay in Urban Haven Retreat was really good. the apartment was exactly like in the photos displayed and Vesela was kind and helpful: not only she gave us clear instructions on how to enter the apartment but she also gave us a guide for the best things to do in sofia. she was an excellent host, who even checked on us after our first night. as soon as we arrived we noticed the apartment was a bit dusty, but it was overall good and the most importantly, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay: hairdryer, ironing supplies, ac... besides the fact that it's really central! if we come back to sofia, we'll definitely check if this apartment's available!"

excelente ubicación y tal cual las fotos del apartamento, el edicfio es un poco antiguo pero el apartamento está en excelentes condiciones

The apartment is definitely worth booking. It is located on a main street and you can visit almost every site on foot. The interior design is very cute. The only cons are that the bedroom windows go out onto a loud street. In addition the floor and shower were a bit dirty. All in all I would definitely come back to this Airbnb.
