Welcome to our cozy 1BD flat in Pamporovo, where comfort meets the thrill of the slopes. There is a fully equipped kitchen and an inviting bedroom that ensures a restful night's sleep. In the common room, there is an extendable couch where you can rest or enjoy the breathtaking view of the ski slopes right outside your window. This space offers the perfect blend of convenience and serenity. Embrace the warmth of our space after a day on the slopes and make memories in this mountain haven.
The layout consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace overlooking the ski slope.
In the open-plan kitchen you can find:
• fridge, oven and stoves,
• kettle, microwave and coffee machine;
• all sort of kitchenware;
• dining table for 4.
The living room provides:
• fireplace;
• extendable sofa that can sleep additional 2;
• coffee table;
• TV;
• access to balcony with a view towards the slopes.
In the bedroom there is:
• a comfortable queen-sized bed;
• wardrobe;
• extendable couch.
The bathroom is fully equipped with shower cabin, washing sink and toilet.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 11:00. Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! ?
