Lozenetz is one of Sofia’s most desirable and upscale neighborhoods, known for its leafy streets, elegant residences, and a perfect balance between urban convenience and a relaxed atmosphere. This quarter is characterized by its proximity to the city center, making it easy to explore Sofia’s cultural and historical sites.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 11:00. Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.

We had a great stay at this stylish and comfortable apartment. It’s located in a pleasant and very quiet neighborhood, with easy access to the city center—just a 5-minute walk to the tram and 12 minutes to the metro. There are several grocery stores, restaurants, and cozy cafes nearby, which made everything super convenient. The apartment itself is beautifully designed, well-equipped with everything you might need, and has a lovely balcony that’s perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. Communication with the host was excellent—responses were quick and helpful. We’d definitely recommend this place to others! Just a small note: the apartment is on the top floor without an elevator, so it might not be ideal for those with mobility issues.

This might be the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. The house is perfect. I wanted to rent it monthly and live there forever. Everything is meticulously crafted and of the highest quality. It must have been designed by an architect. You'll feel very happy. I'll definitely check if this house is available when I come to Sofia. This house has everything you're looking for and more.
