Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.

The accommodation offers a stunning sea view. The apartments were modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, each equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Having two identical units worked perfectly for our group, giving us both space and consistency in amenities. The highlight was undoubtedly the sea view; enjoying coffee on the balcony while overlooking the Black Sea made the stay truly memorable. The apartments are not very close to the promenade, but the botanical garden and the Castle is not far away. Overall, staying in these apartments was a perfect choice for both relaxation and convenience. I would recommend them to families, groups, or anyone wanting to enjoy Balchik with the bonus of a spectacular sea view.
