• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

The accommodation was great, loved the location as it was close to the metro station and all nearby local hotspots in Sofia. The host was very accommodating and helpful, provided extra towels for the bathroom and appreciated the extensive cleanliness of the place. Thank you for hosting us Momchil!

Alles war perfekt! Die Wohnung lag im Stadtzentrum, nur wenige Minuten vom Zentrum und der Vitosha-Straße entfernt. Die U-Bahn war ganz in der Nähe – weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Ich habe ein paar Fragen gestellt und immer sehr schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Die Wohnung war wunderschön dekoriert. Ich bin selbst Tischler und habe die Holzarbeiten in der Wohnung sehr bewundert – sie erinnerte mich an eine gemütliche Holzhütte. Es war für mich ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Wenn ich nach Sofia zurückkehre, werde ich diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder mieten. Ich empfehle sie jedem, der einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt haben möchte. Herr Kamen, vielen Dank, dass Sie alles so hervorragend organisiert haben. Am wichtigsten war, dass die Umgebung sehr ruhig war – man hat überhaupt keine Geräusche gehört. Ich hatte wirklich das Gefühl, auf dem Sofa meines eigenen Zuhauses zu liegen.❤️🌹🙏🏿
