• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 11:00. Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

Ubytovanie bolo v super lokácii, všade sme chodili pešo a nepotrebovali sme miestnú dopravu. Nepáčilo sa mi, že priestory v kúpeľni a spálne boli veľmi malé. Ubytovanie bolo čisté.

Altogether a very good place to stay in Sofia, it’s definitely worth the price. The living room and the whole apartment was very cosy, the kitchen had sufficient amenities. The only negative thing I can say is that the bed felt a bit on the smaller side but I’m 6’2.

The accommodation was great, loved the location as it was close to the metro station and all nearby local hotspots in Sofia. The host was very accommodating and helpful, provided extra towels for the bathroom and appreciated the extensive cleanliness of the place. Thank you for hosting us Momchil!
