The apartment is located in a quiet, residential building on Dondukov boulevard. Comfortably accommodation up to 6 people.
The space consists of spacious living room, kitchen, two private bedrooms, bathroom and a balcony.
Living room combines lounge and an open plan kitchen with a beautiful glass door as a transition.
Kitchen is fully equipped with:
• oven with hot plates;
• coffee machine and hot water kettle;
• fridge;
• washing machine;
• fruit juicer;
• cooking basics.
Both bedrooms are equipped with extra comfortable double beds and clothes storage.
Bathroom and WC are combined.

The nearest metro station is about a 15mn walk from the apartment. If you are arriving by car I will guide you to a paid long term parking – in the city center you can only park for a limited amount of time.
The apartment is situated on one of the city’s most famous boulevards, which starts from the Statue of Sveta Sofia (Serdika). There are plenty of great restaurants and bars, all within a walking distance from my place. There’s a beautiful park accross the street and a charming coffee shop just down the road, it’s my favorite in the city!
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

Nice apartement in a quiet and good location of Sofia. There are shops and many restaurants around. The host was attentive to our requests despite the bedrooms where we would have needed shutters or even darker curtains because the light comes in and we are woken up early!
