Welcome to The Attic at the Ivy House!
Located on a quiet street near the city center - 15 minutes walk to Vitosha Boulevard, The Attic is part of a small apartment building with a private garden. Opening its doors to guests from all over the world - friends, families, business travelers or solo explorers since 2017.
Strong Wi-Fi connection is covering the entire property.
The space is disinfected according to the Flat Manager Sanitary Standards.

There is a lovely private garden for occupants of The Ivy House – you will be able to enjoy the peace and quiet it offers during the day and evenings up until 10pm.
The Attic itself is entirely at your disposal.
Street parking in this “Green zone” for short term parking is allowed for up to 4 hours throughout the day and costs 1 lev per hour. Street signs in English will give you the details on how to pay for Green Zone parking (either by phone or by buying a parking voucher).

• The nearest metro station is just 500 meters away, but you will probably walk to the city center.
Our place is located in Lozenetz – probably the best neighbourhood in the city for both locals and foreigners. You can enjoy the peace and quiet of small charming streets and a few parks, while at the same time you are right next to the vibrant city center with its restaurants, bars, clubs, etc. Our digital guide contains the best of the latter:)
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 11:00. Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

Eu gostei muito do quarto. Limpo, iluminado e bonito. O ar condicionado ajuda nas noites de calor. A comunicação com o proprietário tambem foi boa! Recomendo.

Soweit alles gut, Dachboden im Sommer, die Klima funktioniert einwandfrei. Küche gibt es keine, lediglich eine Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine. Ich hatte extra vor der Buchung nach einem Kühlschrank wegen Medikamenten gefragt, dies wurde bestätigt. Leider war das dann bei 42 Grad im Sommer echt ein Problem. Die Nachbarin hat dann ausgeholfen. Sollte man sich aber nicht drauf verlassen. Sonst passt Preis Leistung.
