• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.

The place was great, very clean, spacious enough and quiet - it's right next to the forest and you can hear the river. There is a supermarket shop within walking distance. The only small issue we had was that the building door code had to be entered on a LED screen on the door handle as opposed to the key pad on the side, as the instructions and photo showed. We initially couldn't figure this out and called the company who maintains the apartment for the host but this is probably a very recent change as they didn't know about it. We asked someone exiting the building and managed to enter. Also, the apartment door itself requires for the locking mechanism (and not the door handle itself) to be turned twice to the right after entering the code, which again, we could not figure immediately, but the man on the phone was helpful and clarified and we had absolutely no other issues until the end of our stay. We will probably stay here again next year for the Bansko Jazz festival.

The apartment was very beuatiful, everything was extrimely clean. the place is new, and located near the woods. it looks like in the pictures. In the kitchen, you have everything you need , even spices. we would definetely return to the apartment! It took us some time to find the apartment. Before the trip, it’s worth making sure that you have an exact map of the building's location, the apartment number, and a layout of the building with the precise entrance to minimize the number of steps. From the shortest path, there are 10 stairs to get to the apartment, the lift is not available. Apart from that, everthing was wonderfull! thank you for the lovely trip in Bansko!

Very nice and modern apartment with tasteful furniture and decor. Everything feels new and thoughtfully arranged, creating a comfortable and stylish atmosphere. The location is excellent – just a 15-20 minute walk to the city center. Despite being so close to everything, the apartment is very quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Definitely worth the money, and I would highly recommend it.
