– Official quiet hours in Bulgaria are 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8 am. Please, respect the neighbors and don’t cause any excessive noise, absolutely no parties or events.

– Check-in hour is 3pm, check-out is 12:00, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.
– Please, if you’re a smoker, be so kind to smoke on the balcony ONLY.

Great location, large fluffy towels, clean building with two elevators, fast HOT water, TWO large TVs, espresso machine, very warm/cosy in the winter

Very beautiful house. Everything was perfect. 2 minutes from Mall and 5 minutes from metro station. Alex was there to help us when we needed him.

Everything was great! The location is very convenient — close to the center and with excellent transport connections. I was especially delighted by the mulberry tree whose branches reach right onto the balcony — such a lovely surprise!
