– Official quiet hours in Bulgaria are 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8 am. Please, respect the neighbors and don’t cause any excessive noise, absolutely no parties or events.
– You will be asked to sign an online rental contract prior to your arrival.
– Check-in hour is 3pm, check-out is 11:00 unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.
– Please, if you’re a smoker, be so kind to smoke on the balcony ONLY.
– If you’re going to use the sofa-bed, please, indicate it at the time of booking, so that we can prepare it for you.

The location was great-close to the shopping mall ,restaurants, a supermarket,the metro station was 5 min walk away.Also,there was a beautiful park near by with amazing view towards Vitosha mountain.The flat was very clean with fully equipped kitchen.I enjoyed the fast internet and the cable TV offered different programmes.The host was most helpful and easy to reach.I would choose again this flat for my next visit.
