KITCHEN:
Fully equipped and ready to meet all your cooking adventures.
Microwave, coffee machine, two pots, cups, plates, cooking essentials, kettle, pot, baking pot, washing machine.

BEDROOM:
A comfortable 140 x 200 cm bed. Plenty of storage space, even for the heaviest luggage travellers. Spacey wardrobe – with iron and ironing board inside. Foldable clothes dryer and vacuum cleaner are placed next to wardrobe and at one’s disposal. Blinds on windows (darkening but not blackout), mosquito net.

BATHROOM:
Curtained shower, hairdryer in the bathroom cabinet. Electrical Heater available.

Guests will have the whole place at their disposal.

I’ll be available for online communication almost 24/7. You’ll be also provided with an emergency phone number, just in case.

The apartment is on the 6th (top) floor but the building HAS a working elevator – the elevator goes to the 5th floor, so you will have to walk a few steps.

The spot is so central that your two feet are you best means of transportation. However, the most important tram lines go nearby and you’re also strategically placed just between Serdika and NDK subway stations.

The neighbourhood is basically the city centre. You’ll have absolutely no trouble in means of transportation, all sorts of services and amazing entertainment spots, delicious food and even party places.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.

• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.

• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.

• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.

• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!
