Every room has its own identity with the main theme of the flat being classical and aristocratic furniture and decoration. Comfortably sleeps 4 people with two separate bedrooms, living room, kitchen + dining area, balcony with a view and private bathroom. Strong WiFi connection is covering the entire property. The space is disinfected according to the Flat Manager's standards.
This ARTilicious apartment is designed with unique furniture. Located in Sofia’s city centre, meters away from the National Stadium “Vasil Levski” and across Knyazheska Garden – best choice for walking, sport activities and relaxing.
The flat has a living room with seating area, fully-equipped kitchen with dining area and balcony with nice view of the park, 2 separate bedrooms and private bathroom with shower.
The living room is decided in a classical style with vintage wooden and leather furniture:
• Spacious couch and aristocratic armchairs comprise the seating area.
• Antique furniture remind of the “Old Sofia” spirit.

The kitchen is supplied with all the appliances:

The Master bedroom has:
• Queen bed for 2;
• AC/radiator mounted on the walls;
• Large wardrobe;
• extra amenities like iron, ironing board, hairdryer, hangers and extra sheets and towels.
The Second bedroom has:
• 2 separate Single beds;
• TV-set and the Wi-Fi router is here;
• Vacuum cleaner is in the wardrobe.

A short 10min walk on Gen. Gurko street will take you directly to Vitoshka boulevard. There are plenty cafes, shops, bars and restaurants in the nearby streets and in the area in general. There is also a trolleybus and Bus stop nearby (150m) that can take you to the city centre (NDK or Sofia University) and the Airport.
Nearest Metro station is National Stadium “Vasil Levski” station (Line 1) which is just 5 min walking from the flat. It can take you directly to / from Sofia Airport Terminal 2 in just 30mins and will cost only 1.60 Bulgarian Leva.
Parking nearby is difficult as this is the centre of Sofia and there is Green Zone – street parking is paid and it costs 1 Bulgarian Leva per hour and maximum stay is only 4 hours so coming by car is not the best choice. There are public and private parkings nearby though – hit us up for additional info if you plan to come by car so we can suggest some suitable options.

It overlooks a big green park which is just across the street and also the National Stadium “Vasil Levski” where sport events and concerts regularly take place. The main street that will lead you straight to the heart of the city – Vitoshka and Serdika (10min walking) is called “General Gurko” Str. By taking a short walk to the city centre you will pass by numerous cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. Just few meters away from the apartment there is Starbucks (150m), Supermarket (150m in the underpass), Godzila Restaurant (200m), Yoga Studio (100m) and many more are at hand’s reach.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 11:00. Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.

We spent 4 nights in September. The apartment is on the 3rd floor without a lift—manageable for us, but worth noting. The area is lovely with a park nearby, and public transportation to major attractions is within walking distance. We didn’t find many shops or restaurants very close, so plan ahead. The rooms are spacious, which was great for our kids.
