With fast WiFi and a bright, inviting atmosphere, it’s perfect for short visits or long-term stays, offering comfort and convenience while exploring Sofia.
The apartment’s layout consists of one bedroom, kitchen, living room, dining area, a balcony and one bathroom.

• dining area for four;
The kitchen is supplied with:
• fridge, oven and stoves;
• coffee machine, electric kettle;
• dishwasher;
• microwave;
In the bedroom there is:
• a comfortable bed;
• wclothes rack;
• exit to balcony;
The bathroom is equipped with shower, washing sink and toilet.
In the living room there is:
• comfortable sofa;

• AC;
• dining area for four;
The kitchen is supplied with:
• fridge, oven and stoves;
• coffee machine, electric kettle;
• dishwasher;

You will have access to the entire apartment.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 11:00. Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

הדירה היתה מושלמת. יפיפייה, נקייה, מאובזרת לגמרי, נוחה. ההוראות כניסה היו מדוייקות להפליא, המארחת היתה נעימה, ידידותית וענתה לכל שאלה או בקשה. יש מכולת מרחק כמה דקות הליכה, ובקומת הקרקע של הבניין בר יין שהוא בית קפה ומעדנייה ברמה ואיכות גבוהה. פשוט שהות מושלמת, תודה רבה!! בהחלט נרצה לחזור לשם שוב ושוב ושוב!
