My flat is in the center of the city. It is safe and it has everything you need within walking distance. The apartment is 6 min nice walk from famous Vitosha street where all the restaurants and bars are, 6 min from metro.

Апартаментът бе наистина много уютен и спокоен , но единствените ми две забележки бяха че имаше 4 батерии за всичките дистанционни и че пердетата бяха леко откачени на места но всичко друго беше перфектно !

Nous avons séjourné pendant 6 semaines dans le logement. Un très bon rapport qualité prix, une situation parfaite proche de tout, fonctionnel. Cependant le ménage n’était pas parfait, il restait de la poussière et des saleté au sol à notre arrivée. Pour ce qui est de l’équipement, notre séjour était peu commun. Nous avons beaucoup cuisiné dans l’appartement et avons dû racheter des ustensiles manquants comme passoire, économe, il y avait de la vaisselle pour 3 seulement (nous étions trois), les ustensiles achetés ont été laissés sur place. Je me demande si 4 voyageurs séjournent, si un complément de vaisselle sera apporté. Veselin est très réactif par message et résout n’importe quel soucis dans la journée. Je recommande le séjour avec ces quelques points de vigilance à connaître. Le rapport qualité prix était très intéressant.
