The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, espresso machine, toaster, oven, dishwasher, all tableware and kitchenware, and other appliances you may need for a nice and comfortable stay. There is also wooden dining table for 6 people.
Three separate bedrooms with king size beds and wardrobes. All linen and towels are provided.
Two bathrooms include cotton towels, shampoo and shower gel for every guest and a hair dryer. At your disposal there is a private washing machine.

The Serdika metro station is a 5 minutes walk from the flat and the Metro is connected to the Sofia Airport; Vasil Levski Stadium metro station and National Palace of Culture station are both less than 1 km away. Parking on Han Krum Street is free between 7:30pm – 8:30am. In the day it’s possible for a maximum of 2 hours – 1 Euro/hour; – Parking 11€ euro per day (24 hours); Taxis in Sofia are really cheap.
The apartment is located in the top center of Sofia within walking distance from the most popular historical sights and tourist attractions, shopping areas, and markets. Easy access to public transport and on walking distance from boulevard Vitosha where are situated many restaurants and bars.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 11:00. Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! ?

Everything was as advertised. Great location and a nice apartment layout for a group.

The apartment is located perfectly - in a quiet street, within walking distance of all major sites and strong public transport network. The apartment was absolutely immaculate. The only downside was the fact that it’s not well furnished in terms of cookware. There was no microwave, I lost patience with the oven and a couple of more pans would have helped. It’s unfortunate but it didn’t ruin our stay. If you don’t plan to cook a lot, we highly recommend this place.
