With comfy beds, a bright living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with a lovely view, it has everything for a relaxing stay. Only a 6-minute walk to “James Bourchier” metro, and close to Vitosha Blvd, landmarks, cafés, and nightlife - perfect for families, friends, or business travelers who want both comfort and convenience.
The apartments layout consists of two bedrooms, living room with dining area, kitchen, a balcony and one bathroom.

The area is safe and pretty quiet. It has everything you need within walking distance. The apartment is 6 min nice walk to metro, buses and trolleys.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 11:00. Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung! 😊 Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber sehr gemütlich und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist super – alles Wichtige ist zu Fuß erreichbar und die Anbindung ist hervorragend. Trotz Wintereinbruch und Kälte Anfang Oktober haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war jederzeit schnell und unkompliziert. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: In der Küche könnten ein paar zusätzliche Utensilien (z. B. ein Schneebesen) und neue Pfannen nicht schaden. Aber das ist wirklich nur eine Kleinigkeit – ansonsten war alles perfekt! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
