Cosy 1- bedroom apartment right in the heart of Sofia. Equipped with everything a traveler may need for a comfortable stay. 7 min walk from Opalchenska metro station (direct line to the airport).

All the cultural, historical sights and shopping streets are within walking distance.
In the apartment, there is air conditioning fast WiFi and cable TV.

The apartment has 1 bedroom, a kitchen, living room, dining area, a balcony with a lovely view. Needless to say, it has unlimited fast Wifi, cable TV, Аir conditioning, coffee maker, washer, fridge, etc.

The whole apartment is for guest use. Nothing is shared!

You can walk to basically all sightseeing or take the metro. If you need to go somewhere far from the city center you can take the metro or a taxi. Reaching the apartment is a piece of cake just take the metro, get off Opalchenska station and walk for 7 min.

My area is safe and pretty quiet. It has everything you need within walking distance. The apartment is 7 min from buses and trolleys and metro.

Stilyan's place was a good base for exploring Sofia, but still being in a quiet neighbourhood which felt generally safe even at night! The apartment was spacious with modern furnishings, good kitchen amenities, nice balcony, 2 air conditioners (bedroom & living room), and a spacious bathroom just like the pictures. Although didn't meet in person, Stilyan was very responsive and would reply to messages within an hour and provided helpful instructions for check-in & a map with suggestions. Like a few other reviewers, I felt the sofa was too hard for my liking so extra cushions would've made it better and some soft lighting (i.e. bedside lamps) in the bedroom would've made the space feel more cozy. The bed was alright though and I slept quite well and I enjoyed using the balcony space to relax after a day of sightseeing. Stilyan's place is also very convenient with public transport with direct trains to the airport and 5-10 min trams/metro to Serdica & other main attractions.
