The space is modernly-furnished and equipped with everything you would need- suitable for even longer stays. The layout consists of a corridor, a spacious living room, an open-plan kitchen, 1 nice bedroom, a bathroom and a lovely terrace to chill on.
In the corridor, you will find a wardrobe with cleaning supplies and an iron.

• seating area- comfortable sofa;
• small coffee table with two chairs.
The kitchen is part of the living room and is fully equipped with:
• fridge;

• hot plates;

• wardrobes with extra blankets and sheets in it;

• dedicated work space- a desk with a chair;

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.

Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂
