• Apartment located on the 3rd floor – no elevator.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

Good: - the host replies fast - the apartment pretty clean - flexible and easy check in Not good: - no hook in a hallway to hang a jacket - no drinking water on arrival - no place in the shower cabin to put any belongings - no flip flops (the floor is extremely cold in wintertime) - overpriced In general, the flat is good, tho it might be more cozy. it lacks of details. I wouldn't say the host is responsive. they brought us a new kettle within a day (the one in the flat was broken) but that's it. they don't care of guests much. no disposable flip flops even after asking (it's pretty obvious the floor is cold. for checking out a bit later (2-3 hours) they asked money for entire day. despite the apartment is free, it was low season. overpriced.

The apartment is very spacious and perfectly located. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. It’s just a short walk to the beach, and there’s a lovely tavern right next door, so you can enjoy great food without going far. We really enjoyed our stay with kids!
