Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.

• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.

Wir waren 10 Tage hier. Die Lage ist sehr gut - 10 Gehminuten zum Strand , 15 Minuten zum Altstadt - alles durch wunderschönen Park! ! Direkt im Stadtzentrum und trotzdem ruhig, viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich in der Nähe - besser kann gar nicht sein! Die Wohnung selbst ist gut geschnitten, Wohn - Schlafraum getrennt durch schmaler Flur. . Alles frisch renoviert. Betten sehr gut, bequem und sauber. Sehr schade, dass zum Teil alte und benutzte Einrichtung, besonders Küchenutensilien trüben schöne Ansicht. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, schnelle Antworten und sofortige Abhilfe auf Anfragen! Wir würden gerne wieder kommen!
