Beautiful, sunny and excellent situated 3-bedroom apartment. Just a few meters away from all landmarks in the city center – the Sofia History museum, the Rotunda Church of Saint George, the Synagogue, the Bania Bashi Mosque, the Ancient Serdika Archeological complex, The Archeological museum, the Presidential Palace, Saint Aleksander Nevski Cathedral, National Art Gallery and pretty much any other significant sightseeing in the city.
The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a beautiful and well-maintained modern building with an elevator and controlled entrance during the day. It is very spacious and offers all what you need for short or long pleasure or business visit in Sofia. The living rooms offers a nice dining table for six and a chilling relaxation area. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms, separate toilet, a wide living room with fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful small balcony with wonderful view over the hot water mineral springs in the historical part of Sofia.
Guest will have the whole apartment and their disposal. There is a washing-machine, dryer a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, Air condition and all other appliances needed to ensure your comfortable stay.
The apartment is in the middle of all. If you need to go somewhere far from the city center you can take the metro or a taxi.
Reaching from the airport is a piece of cake: take the metro to the central station Serdika and walk 2 min. Details to follow upon booking.

Our neighborhood is a place steeped in history from where you can discover Sofia, enjoy a cup of coffee a good lunch or a night out in the many restaurants and bars in the near vicinity.
1. Respect Quiet Hours: Please keep noise levels down between 10 PM and 8 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
2. No Parties or Events: The apartment is in a residential area, so please refrain from hosting parties or events to maintain a respectful atmosphere.
3. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. If the presence of smoke is detected after your stay, the AirBnb host will be contacted, and an automatic penalty of $100 will be applied to your account.

6. Appliance Usage: Feel free to use the appliances in the kitchen, but please clean them after use. Any spills or stains should be wiped up promptly to avoid any damage.
7. Check-out Instructions: On the day of check-out, please ensure all lights, appliances, and faucets are turned off. Leave the keys in the designated spot and lock the door securely behind you.
8. Furniture and Items: Do not rearrange furniture or take items outside of the apartment. Everything should be left in its original place for the next guests.

Alojamiento con perfecta ubicación, cerca de fuentes de agua, supermercado, tranvía y cerca de los lugares significativos. Muy cómodo el apartamento, cocina muy completa, bonito edificio con ascensor. Neli contestaba muy pronto, y nos mandó indicaciones muy claras para llegar allí. Muy recomendable!!

Neli was very responsive and helpful, with clear instructions. The location was perfect, right in the city center, with a market and a pay-per-visit gym nearby. The washer/dryer worked well, and the water pressure was great! The apartment, however, has seen better days: There were a number of small breaks (the shelves in the refrigerator, the handle in the shower, and some others), and the kitchen was dirty with age. The sheets don’t fit on the beds so they come loose overnight, exposing the mattress, which is kind of gross, and you have to sleep inside the sleep bags, which can be uncomfortable for those not used to that sort of setup. One annoying problem was the key lock on the front door, which took a great deal of jiggling to get open. The apartment served us well for a couple of days of intense sightseeing, but next time we might choose distance from the center to get a more updated space.
