With the “Medicinski Universitet” metro right outside, and Vitosha Blvd, landmarks, cafés, and nightlife just minutes away, exploring the city is effortless. For those arriving by car, free parking area is available nearby (6 min from the apartment) - making this the perfect base for families, friends, or business travelers.
The apartments layout consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen and dining area, a balcony, one bathroom and an additional separate toilet.
The kitchen is supplied with:

• coffee machine, electric kettle;

• TV;
In both bedrooms there is:
• a comfortable bed;

From the airport to my place you can take the metro and get of “Medicinski universitet” metro station.
Parking on the street in front of the building is paid green zone. A few blocks away is free to park any time.

The area is safe and pretty quiet. It has everything you need within walking distance. The apartment is 10 min nice walk from the center of the city, 1 min from metro, buses and trolleys.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 11:00. Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!
