The apartments layout consists of a spacious hallway, two bedrooms, spacious living room, separate kitchen and one bedroom.
The two bedrooms are furnished with:

• dining area for 4;

• access to balcony;
The kitchen is equipped with:
• fridge, oven and stoves;
• coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster;

• various kitchen utensils;
The bathroom is also fully equipped with walk-in shower, toilet and washing sink.
The two bedrooms are furnished with:

• The apartment is supplied with bed linens, towels and hotel cosmetics.
• There is a baby crib available upon request – 20EUR/stay.
• Apartment located on the 3rd floor – NO elevator.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

One of the best apartments I stayed so far. It has everything needed for long stay. It is located next to lovely shopping area where you can buy everything.

Very responsive and friendly host. The flat is very large and welcoming. The location is great. Overall we really liked it. Worth noting for the drivers that parking around the flat could be hard as it’s Blue zone but nearby there’re lots of paid parkings to leave your vehicle. NB: Many of the parkings I mentioned above are very overpriced (understandable- it’s the city center), however the one on this address Sofia Center, ul. "Tsar Samuil" 68 is half the price and close to the apartment , so I suggest parking there.
