Fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment that comfortably sleeps 4 people. Just across the Sea Garden (you can see the green park and the sea from the terrace!). Beach is 10mins walking and city centre is 5mins by bus. Ideal for friends or families who come to the city by car and want to park easily and free on the street but want to be close to the beach and the city centre.

Spacious and comfortable apartment in a residential building in Chayka neighbourhood, Varna. On the 4th floor with elevator, just across the Sea Garden which is on the other side of the boulevard and can be seen from the apartment. Lots of greenery around and very close to the Sea and beaches. Free parking on the streets around the building. Perfect for up to 4 guests.
Bright and spacious living room with classic wooden furniture sitting area and TV set. Large corner sofa that extends into a 2-person bed. Dining and kitchen are connected with the common room. Kitchen is fully equipped: oven, stove, fridge, kitchenware, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cooking basics and more. There is Air Conditioning to cool down after the sunny days on the beach.
The apartment has a private bedroom with Queen bed. Check the wardrobe for hair dryer, iron, ironing board and extra sheets/towels.
Clean and spotless bathroom with shower with basic toiletries on the house. Also fresh and clean bed linen provided for our guests.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.

Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

We enjoyed staying there, everything was as in the description. Big plus for the kitchen and the open space, we enjoyed pur quite nights there. Big fridge and useful kitchen appliances like espresso machine, nice and big Couch & smart TV. The only recommendation is for the bed mattres, that is not so comfortable, maybe it would be useful to change it soon and pay more attention to cleaning the house. For sure we would like to come back again in case we travel to Varna. Thank you!
