Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

We choose to stay at David's place for a weekend in Sofia, and we feel like it was a great choice. The apartment is very welcoming and looks even better than in the photos. We found the property to be clean, well-equipped, cozy and spacious. David and his team were always available to answer our questions and were very helpful on various subjects, providing some extra recommendations of what to do, see and eat in Sofia. The apartment is located close to the city center, in a nice modern building, and has plenty local amenities around. The area however gave us a bit of an uneasy feeling when coming back home after midnight, but we never felt at risk or anything such. Overall, it felt like a very lovely experience and we highly recommend staying at David's place. We’d love to stay here again!
