Welcome to our studio – a cozy, quiet, and bright space designed for comfort and simplicity. Though compact, it includes everything you need, thoughtfully arranged to make the most of the space. Perfect for solo travelers or couples, the studio features a private balcony with a serene view over the bay – the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind at sunset. A peaceful retreat where the sea breeze meets soft purple tones.
The studio’s layout consists of a common area (living room and kitchen and bedroom combined), one balcony and one bathroom.
The common area provides:
• comfortable sofa-bed (extends for 2 people)
• TV with cable channels
• AC
• exit to balcony
The kitchen box is equipped with:
• dining area (kitchen table for 3)
• fridge, microwave & stoves
• washing machine
• kettle & coffee machine (Dolce Gusto with capsules)
~ The bathroom has:
• shower
• sink with mirror
• toilet
The common area provides:

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! ?
