The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities to prepare your meals, allowing you to enjoy the convenience of home-cooked food during your stay. Additionally, the apartment includes a private bathroom, ensuring your comfort and privacy.
For your business work, there is a dedicated workspace with 2 ergonomic chairs and 2 monitors. On your disposal is also a printer.

On 5 minutes walking distance, the closest metro station is Lion’s Bridge, which is connected to M4 line from the Airport. Many bus stops on blv. Slivnitsa, on 2 minutes from the apartment.
Parking area is “Green zone” – you can park for up to 4 hours /1 BGN per hour/.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!
