• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

¡Qué experiencia tan maravillosa! Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos como en casa. El apartamento estaba impecable, con una decoración moderna y acogedora que superó nuestras expectativas. Es aún más bonito y grande en persona! La ubicación es inmejorable, con fácil acceso a restaurantes, tiendas y transporte público. Además, el vecindario es tranquilo y seguro, ideal para descansar después de un día explorando la ciudad. El anfitrión fue increíblemente atento, respondiendo a nuestras preguntas rápidamente y proporcionándonos excelentes recomendaciones locales. Incluso había pequeños detalles de bienvenida, como café, que hicieron nuestra estancia aún más especial. El apartamento estaba completamente equipado, con una cocina funcional, WiFi rápido y una cama grande y muy cómoda. Todo estaba pensado para nuestra comodidad. Definitivamente recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera que busque una estancia cómoda y sin contratiempos. Sin duda, volveríamos.
