This fully serviced apartment has 2 private bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet, nice terrace and spacious living room.

The apartment is located in a residential building in a communicative areа with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. There is also a nice park suitable for walking.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• You will be asked to sign an online rental contract prior to your arrival.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

Чистая , просторная квартира. Все есть необходимое для жилья. Очень хорошо расположена, все находиться рядом в пешой доступности. Рекомендую это жилье.

Страхотна локация, лесен достъп и комуникация, добре оборудвана кухня, добри матраци, чисти хавлии и сигурно ще пропусна нещо..... Чувстваш се като удома! При нужда да посетя Пловдив, ще я потърся отново.
