This spacious 2-bedroom / 2- bathroom apartment is welcoming you on your winter vacation in Bansko. The place is close to everything you will need, making it easy to plan your stay. This flat features amazing views over the Glazne River on one side and the old town on the other, and is equipped with all amenities needed. You won't find a better place for a home-away-from-home at Bulgaria's best mountain resort.
The apartment’s layout consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious living room and an open-planed kitchen.
The two bedrooms are furnished with:
• comfortable double beds and night stands;
• wardrobes;
• AC in each room;
One of the bathrooms is attached to one of the bedrooms.
The kitchen is equipped with:
• fridge, oven and stoves;
• washing and drying machine – combined;
• dishwasher;
• coffee machine and electric kettle;
• toaster and microwave;
• various kitchen and cooking utensils;
• dining are for 4;
The living room provides:
• two comfortable sofas;
• TV with cable channels and Netflix;
• AC;
• greate view over the Glazne river.
Both bathrooms are equipped with shower cabins, washing sinks and toilets.

You will be located 2 minutes away from the Gondola, 1 min away from the pedestrian Pirin str. with lots of bars and taverns, and 20 min walking distance to the old town centre.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

We felt right at home as soon as we checked in , stunning views and so comfortable . Great seating area for movie night for 4 adults. Super location only about 5 minute walk to gondola and bars/restaurants. Washer/dryer came in very handy and the hot water for the showers was plentiful. We used the Aldo supermarket in the resort a couple of times but found a bllla 15 mins walk which was much better stocked with fresh produce. Definitely plan to return
