Located on Neofit Rilski street, 30 seconds away from Vitosha Boulevard - Sofia's main shopping pedestrian street. Unapologetic approach to design and details as it was initially created for personal use only. Even though the apartment is located in the perfect centre, it's very quiet and calm.

The space consists of a common room with a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a closed balcony.
Common room is divided between living area and kitchen with dining area. The living room features:
• extremely comfortable couch that can also be used as a sofa-bed for one;
• TV with cable;
• audio system;
• access to a glassed balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped with:
• oven, stoves, grill and fridge;
• coffee machine, kettle;
• washing machine and dishwasher;
• kitchenware.
The bedroom features:
• queen size bed;
• big wardrobe;
• air conditioner;
• TV with cable.
Bathroom has a mirrored sink (hairdryer underneath it). Walk-in shower and WC.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

Престоят ми беше прекрасен! Мястото напълно отговаряше на описанието и снимките. Изключително чисто, уютно и оборудвано с всичко необходимо за комфортен престой. Локацията беше отлична – близо до магазини, ресторанти и забележителности, а домакините бяха много отзивчиви, мили и коректни. Определено препоръчвам и бих отседнал отново при следващо посещение!

Its a cute apartment in the heart of Sofia, just a 10 min. walk frol Serdika metro station. Jordan was an amazing host. He communicated well, he gave clear instructions and didn't bother us at all during our stay.

Alloggio molto bello, come da foto e descrizione, alcune dimenticanze riguardo la pulizia e la polvere. Il condizionatore non funzionava, ma l’host è stato molto gentile e disponibile nel fornirci in alternativa in giornata. Mi reputo soddisfatto del soggiorno in generale.
