• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.

Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! ?

Während meines Aufenthalts in der Unterkunft hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist groß, die Küche voll ausgestattet und Schlafzimmer sowie Wohnbereich perfekt auch für längere Aufenthalte. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage, die Innenstadt ist nicht weit entfernt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genügend. Besonders schön, ist die Nähe zum großen Park. Mehrere Busverbindungen halten an der unweit entfernten Hauptstraße. Von dort aus kommt man schnell zum Flughafen oder direkt in das Stadtzentrum. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und hat problemlos funktioniert. Die Vermietung war jederzeit erreichbar und ein netter Kontakt. Gerne wieder!
