The apartment’s layout consists of a spacious living room, open-planned kitchen, dining area, office, bathroom and a separate toilet – all these located on the first level.
On the second level is the bedroom and bathroom without toilet.
The living room is furnished with:
• a comfortable sitting area with an extendable sofa;
• indoor fireplace – only used as decoration;
• TV with cable channels;
• spacious dining area;
The kitchen is equipped with:
• fridge, oven and stoves;
• coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster;
• washing machine;
• dishwasher;
• various kitchen and cooking utensils;
The office room provides:
• desk and office chair;
• access to balcony;
• dryer;
• storage area;
On the first level the bathroom and the toilet are separated. The bathroom has a bathtub.
The bedroom is located on the second floor and has:
• a comfortable queen-sized bed;

• AC;
• second bathroom only with shower and washing sink.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂
