“Serdika” Metrostation is 2 minute walk from the apartment. Being in the top center of Sofia, allows you to go by walk to all attractions, bars and restaurants. Parking in the street is free between 7:30 pm and 8:30 am; between 8:30 am and 7:30 pm it is possible for a maximum of 4 hours – 0,5 Euro/hour; Taxis in Sofia are really cheap; The Metro is connected to the Sofia Airport.
Our place is located in the downtown of the city, only 300m away from The Presidency, The National Gallery, 400m away from National Opera and Ballet . It will take you less than 5 minutes by walk to reach the main pedestrian zone – Vitosha bld, The National Theater Ivan Vazov, etc. The apartment is surrounded by museums, galleries, restaurants, bars and other places of interest the Capital has to offer. The area is very safe and quiet and is in a walking distance from all the iconic places you should visit
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.

The location of the listing is great. It is walking distance from all the best touristic places, supermarkets and there is a tram station literally in front of the building. The place is very cosy with nice decorations. our host was really responsive and kind. I would definitely recommend the place and will definitely come back to this listing whenever I’m in Sofia.

This Airbnb’s location was great. Parking was something we needed and this location has it. The directions and description provided helped us a lot upon first arriving. Overall, the flat was smaller than expected. While it has all the necessities, it does not have much extra. It is a simple place. Location and parking were great. The flat itself was clean and safe. Great Airbnb if you’re just using it for sleeping and showering, but kind of tight if you want to spend time in the living room (we had 4 people). Again very basic but the basics were well executed. Thank you for having us!
