A perfect studio at the foot of Pirin Mountain with amazing panoramic views, near the ski gondola. The Regnum is a unique place to stay with thermal mineral water with open swimming pools, restaurant, green areas, massages. The seasonal "Regnum" Aqua Park offers a heated outdoor semi-Olympic pool, water slides and a children's pool. The spa area is a great after an active day of skiing or snowboarding the hot sauna and steam bath offer thorough relaxation.

The studio is located in the Regnum Spa Hotel in Bansko.
The layout consists of an extendable sofa bed, dining table with 2 chairs, and a kitchen equipped with:

The space also offers a terrace with chair and table. The bathroom is fully equipped with shower, bathtub, washing sink and toilet.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
