• fridge, oven and stoves;
• electric kettle;
• various kitchen utensils;
The bathroom provides shower, washing sink and toilet.
The bedroom is furnished with:
• a comfortable queen-sized bed;

In the common area you will find:

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

The place was pretty good! Location is amazing, located right in the center of Sophia and well connected to the train/ metro and airport. All in all the apartment was pretty clean. Only the cutlery and the dishes in the kitchen were a bit dirty. Also the showerhead in the bathroom was broken so it didn’t stay on the wall by itself. Besides that, all good. Communication was easy and fast.
