Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

Great location less than a 10 minute walk to Borisova Gradina Park and Sofia University St Kliment Ohridski metro station along the yellow line direct to the airport. A small grocery store and several restaurants are all within a 5 minute walk. The neighborhood, building and apartment all felt safe. The entrance to the building also requires a key to enter. Many of the essential items like cooking oil and laundry soap were provided. No air conditioning or microwave were available during my stay but to be fair this seems quite common throughout Europe. Also, the glass door in the dining area simply leads to a narrow patio area for hanging laundry and does not allow access by exterior stairs. It's always best to check if the things important to you are included in any property you're considering Overall I was quite comfortable and felt at home during my stay. Alex, an associate from the management company, responded quickly to help with any questions I had. Nice place to stay.
