Easily getting around as you are at the best spot for exploring. The main Metro Station – “Serdika” is just a few minutes walking to the apartment. After landing you need only to take the subway and you will be right in the center of Sofia.
Parking on the street is free between 20:00 pm – 8:30 am. In the day it’s possible for a maximum of 2 hours – 1 Euro/hour.

You can feel the spirit of Sofia, with the little streets and beautiful old buildings. The area is very safe and quiet and is in a walking distance from all the iconic places you should visit. You will find everything you need nearby – bakery, greengrocery, cafes, nice restaurants.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! ?

Très agréable, double exposition avec 2 petits balcons. Situé en plein centre, très facile de visiter de nombreux endroits à pied.

This was a great apartment for Sofia exploration. Right near Vitosha Blvd. Two large bedrooms, and a modern bathroom. Lovely kitchen and small balcony. We got fit climbing the stairs, but we needed the exercise after all that wonderful Bulgarian food. Thanks!
