With 2 bedrooms – one separate and one adjacent to the living room, separated by a curtain for privacy, separate kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a bathroom, it offers all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The apartment consists of a kitchen, a living room, one bedroom adjacent to the living room, separated by a curtain for privacy, separate bedroom and a bathroom.

The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, toilet and washing sink.

Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

Great central place to stay. Just a couple of minutes walk to the central Serdika metro station, or to Vitosha boulevard. There's a late night convenience store along the street and a supermarket. If you need parking there are car parks nearby. We liked having AC and a second bedroom.
